Energy Transition

Aligned with the statement of Pluspetrol´s purpose, in 2022 the Commercial and Energy Transition Division was created with the main objective of taking action in the search and assessment of opportunities for the development of new sources of sustainable energy, following the internally defined strategy.

This measure is shown in the creation of a dynamic portfolio of prospects on which the company works passionately, ranging from renewable generation (solar, wind, thermo-gas, BESS, and hydroelectric in which projects are already under development) to the identification of opportunities throughout the production chain of advanced fuels (HVO and SAF), the development of related feedstocks and their production and commercialization.
