Pluspetrol S.A. Successfully Completes a New Placement of Notes in the Argentine Market

In line with our financing strategy to continue advancing the development of our assets in Argentina, Pluspetrol S.A. successfully completed the placement of its Class 6 Notes for a total amount of USD 167.4 million, with maturity in February 2029 and an interest rate of 6.5%.

This new issuance once again reflects the market’s confidence in the company’s strength, experience and execution capabilities.

The proceeds will be used to continue developing La Calera and Bajo del Choique–La Invernada, Pluspetrol’s strategic assets in Vaca Muerta, further consolidating our contribution to the growth of Argentina’s energy sector.
