We are pleased to announce the acquisition of ExxonMobil Exploration Argentina (EMEA), incorporating important assets in Vaca Muerta: Bajo del Choique-La Invernada, Los Toldos I Sur, Los Toldos II Oeste, and Pampa de las Yeguas, as well as a share in the Oldelval pipeline.

Bajo del Choique-La Invernada is a world-class asset, located in one of the most productive areas, with BdC 10(h) among the best shale wells in the world.

This acquisition marks a transformational milestone for Pluspetrol, allowing us to multiply our production and reserves, and consolidating us as the leading private hydrocarbon company in Latin America.
