85 new heavy-duty vehicles will be added to the logistics sector through the Camisea NGV Bonus

In Peru, more than 530 NGV-powered vehicle units are already circulating and were acquired under this initiative of the Camisea and Cálidda Consortium.

The Camisea NGV Bonus, which is a program that promotes the use of natural gas in the Peruvian automotive fleet, increased its presence with the delivery of the first 25 tractors to Induamérica Servicios Logísticos, through the Zapler concessionaire, of a total purchase of 85, which will be completed in the middle of this year.

According to Camisea and Cálidda, this acquisition marks a significant milestone for Induamérica Servicios Logísticos, as it will increase its fleet of natural gas tractors to 120 units, which consolidates its commitment to environmentally responsible practices even more.

Currently, there are more than 140 companies and more than 530 vehicles, including heavy cargo vehicles and public transport, benefiting from the Camisea NGV Bonus. 80% of the total vehicle units, and considering today's recent delivery, corresponds to trucks and tractors.

The Camisea NGV Bonus is a key program promoted by the Camisea Consortium in Lima and Callao, which reflects its commitment to the massification of natural gas. Through this bonus, the consortium offers non-refundable financing ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 dollars for the purchase of vehicles such as buses, trucks or tractors that run on natural gas for vehicles.
