We ethically manage our business, which comprises the economic, social, and environmental aspects of our operations for decision-making, balancing short and long-term interests to create shared value for the Company and its stakeholders. A large portion of Pluspetrol’s activities are carried out in remote areas with high levels of biodiversity, in sensitive ecosystems, or in areas that are home to indigenous communities or rural populations who use natural resources for survival. This means we need to implement specific strategies in each situation, to apply technological solutions, and to improve our practices and tools for environmental and social management to ensure they enable us to prevent, minimize and mitigate potential impacts. In every operation, we continually monitor a series of indicators that allow us to assess environmental and social management, in order to establish improvement measures based on concrete information.

The whistle-blowing hotline "Ethics Line" is a tool designed to facilitate the reporting of behaviors that do not comply with the company manual of Good Business Practices .
Ethics Line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is run by the company KPMG so as to ensure confidentiality and transparency throughout the process.
